Laminating vacuum table for steering wheel heating

For the request of our Hungarian customer’s Ukrainian and Macedonian plants we have manufactured vacuum tables in various versions which will manufacture steering wheel heating for BMW, Land Rover, and for the Volkswagen Group. The machines are made with PLC control and, of course, are equipped with a diagnostic connector that meets the requirements of the age, through which the parameterization can be made using the PC interface.

During designing and manufacturing, we have considered the latest European standards and design guidelines, keeping in mind safety and technical requirements.

As always, we strive to minimize energy use and consider the ease of use that our designs reflect.

During designing, we put great emphasis on simplifying maintenance operations and reducing maintenance time, which is of paramount importance in the automotive industry.

The machines released with CE certificate, Hungarian and English Operators manual, service booklet, with exploded view drawings.
